Acceptable Use Policy

1. Use PropVeil responsibly

This policy applies to everyone who uses PropVeil. It exists to keep the service safe and fair for landlords, tenants and teams.

2. You must not

Break the law, or use PropVeil to commit or hide fraud, money laundering, harassment, discrimination or any other unlawful act.

Upload fake, altered or stolen payment proofs, or approve proofs you know are false.

Enter other people's personal data without the right to do so, or use tenant data for anything unrelated to managing the tenancy.

Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or use WhatsApp or email features to threaten or mislead people.

Try to access another workspace or account, bypass limits or security, probe or overload the service, or reverse engineer it.

Upload malware or content that is illegal, hateful, or that you have no right to share.

Resell or share your access in a way that avoids the limits of your plan.

4. What happens if you do

We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or close an account that breaks this policy, and we may report unlawful activity to the authorities. We try to tell you why where it is safe to do so.
